Handover kunci untuk tenant. Hope everything goes smooth until end of tenancy period dan tak ada dah drama macam rumah dulu. Bought this house 4 years ago. Plan untuk investment tapi after a few years then only we realized memang agak overprice untuk area & property ni. Ada township yg mungkin makan masa agak lama & direct highway exit.
Sebab dah beli so kena menghadap je la. Our aim to rent asap after dapat kunci and only to reduce negative cashflow sebab tahu nak breakeven atau positive cashflow tu memang agak tough.

Just inform nak colour yang light then dari design,perabot,electrical appliances & grill semua renoloka settlekan after kami agree dengan the design. Lepas sebulan kerja siap. Ni satu lagi yang best, biasa sebelum ni kita nak kena kejar kontraktor tapi ni memang siap on time. Dorang pulak kejar kita nak handover kunci.

Then terus proceed dengan iklan. Dalam seminggu terus orang datang view & booking. Now dah selamat sign tenancy agreement for 2 years. Dengan agent pun sangat efficient. Setakat ni semua dipermudahkan.
So siapa2 nak cari utk reno & id @renoloka.my sangat recommended. Best price & xpayah pening kepala..consultation pun bagus kalau utk investment ni dorg akan bwk kite ke jalan yg benar balik..jangan buat benda unnecessary tapi outcome nya still mantapp.
